All parts are interchangeable, so you don't have to buy a new headlamp for each activity. Simply change the headlamp, battery or mount and discover new possibilities. All parts are sold separately.
If you cycle at high speed and need strong lighting, choose 3000 lumens. For dynamic activities such as mountain biking, 2000 lumens is enough, while 1200 lumens is recommended for skiing or running. You can also choose a battery that suits your activity. The smaller the battery, the easier it is to use the flashlight. The larger the battery, the longer the lamp will last. The luminous flux (in lumens) depends on the battery life and vice versa. That is why Silva recommends using a battery that suits your activity.
